In November 2013, there were 699 residential properties sold in the Greater Greenville real estate market. This is a 10.4% increase over the 633 homes that were sold in November 2012. Average sales price for the sold homes in November 2013 was $185,658, median sales price was $153,000, and the average days on market was 87 days.
At the end of November, there were 5,947 available inventory of homes for sale in the Greater Greenville market, which represents a 7.9 months supply of inventory.
