The Greater Greenville real estate market continues to improve. Year-to-date, home sales are up about 19.4% over the same period in 2014. In June 2015, there were 1,242 residential properties sold in the Greater Greenville real estate market. That is a 19.9% increase over the 1,036 homes that were sold in June 2014. June 2015's YTD home sales were at 5,634 compared to last year's 4,718, making a 19.4% increase!
The average sales price for the sold homes in June 2015 was $215,325, which is an 7.1% increase from last year! The median sales price was $179,900, while June 2014 was $168,000. June 2015's average days on market was 69 days, compared to June 2014's 78 days! The June 2015 YTD average days on market is 80, while June 2014 was 88 days.
At the end of June, there were 5,444 available inventory of homes for sale in the Greater Greenville market, which represents a 6.2 months supply of inventory. As you can see, the market just keeps getting better for the Greenville area.
