Wadsworth Hills is located on the Westside of Spartanburg, SC. It's name actually comes from Camp Wadsworth, one of the largest and most active World War I US Army training camps that trained soldiers from 1917-1918 and was demolished at the end of the war. This was a huge camp that also including what is today the Wadsworth Hill neighborhood, Westgate Mall and the Dorman Centre.
