River Shoals is a Median/Upscale Gated community located on Georgia Road in Simpsonville South Carolina. There are about 150 lots in this neighborhood. Most of the homes were built by Poinsett Homes, who was the original builder in the neighborhood. Ryan Homes, who is one of the nations top builders, is currently the builder in River Shoals neighborhood.

River Shoals Subdivision is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and more. This neighborhood is about three minutes to I-385, about seven minutes to I-385, and about 15 minutes to downtown Greenville.
