Carisbrooke Subdivision is a 147 lot upscale neighborhood located off Pelham Road on Hudson Road in Greer - Eastside area of Greenville South Carolina, and just minutes to Downtown Greenville. Home sizes in this community are between 2400 square feet to 5000 square feet, and they range in price from the low $300,000's to the low $500,000's. The neighborhood is comprised of one story, one and half stories, and two story homes. They all come with at least a two car garage, but some of the homes have three car garages.
