Hi Victor,

I just wanted to say thank you again! In this day and time when our money doesn't go far and everyone is worried about the market, you were able to prove that having the right man for the job makes all the difference in the world! I think everyone should know that, so please share my comments.

I was going to wait another year before putting my house up for sale. I thought I would just put it on an Internet site and if something happened it happened. No real work involved there!

Then one day Victor called and told me he had seen my house for sale on the Internet and asked if I would be willing to talk with him about listing my home. First of all I was impressed that he had gone through the extra effort of calling me to recruit a sale. I hoped that he would also put extra effort in selling my home.

After meeting with Victor and receiving a thorough explanation of what to expect, I felt confident that I had found the right real estate agent. I was able to count on Victor's professional demeanor and aptitude through out preparing my home for sale, financing, inspections and even the purchase of a new home.

I have a crazy work schedule and Victor showed me home after home, some homes more than once. He never lost patience or expected me to settle for less than I wanted. I now have a home that I love and will enjoy for a long time! Scotty and I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate the work you did to help sell our home. We still cannot believe how quickly and efficiently things were handled. In a matter of twelve days we had seventeen showings and three offers! Thank you for your hard work and for showing us that Exit Realty was the way to go.

We are also more than happy with the new home that you found for us. We have truely enjoyed making the changes that would fit our design taste. We wanted something that we could slowly work on and we have had so much fun! Pretty soon we will be bringing home our second child and we are so glad to have the extra space that we have here.

It was definitely a blessing to have been referred to you by the Vetters. We are truly grateful for taking so much time to find us the perfect home! We know that we were not easy!! As first time home buyers, we were completely clueless from where to begin to what to look for. You seemed to just sit back and listen to us during our first day out together. We really felt like you got to know us that first day and took everything into consideration when looking at more homes.
