We attempted a sale by owner for a short time with not even a showing. Victor contacted us and we interviewed him along with another realtor. He won it over with his professionalism and hard charging attitude. He could sense we had our reservations about using a realtor and we really didn't want to use one. Long story short, we gave him a shot and he wasted no time. He came in with his cameras and crew and exceeded anything i would have imagined. The photos where great, and he did a professional virtual tour video (which took about 2 days for editing and producing). The video was great, unfortunately i don't think it was a selling factor (but definitely would have been) because in 1.5 days of listing we had multiple offers and the day the video posted we were already going under contract. He walked us throughout the entire process to closing and beyond. My only caution is, don't list with Victor if you aren't serious about selling your home.
